The APDS Medical Student Experience Task Force works on issues relating to this critical transition period and has tackled related tasks such as efforts to advance medical school graduate readiness to be fully ready to begin residency, encompassing ‘boot camp’ and entry level skills and expectations. This group took a close look at the medical student experience for a recent report, and also presented a key panel at the APDS Virtual Meeting on resident application and recruitment.
