The University of Florida Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is seeking one PGY3 Integrated plastic surgery resident to begin on July 1, 2021. Current PGY2 residents who are in good standing and have completed 2 progressive years in an approved ACGME-accredited surgical residency program including: Integrated Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery, Urology, Neurological Surgery, Otolaryngology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery are eligible to apply.
How To Apply
Interested applicants must submit the following documents via email: current CV, medical school diploma, medical school transcript, MSPE (Dean's letter), 3 letters of recommendation (1 letter must be from current Program Director), USMLE Transcript (a first-time pass on both exams is required - score reports will not be accepted), In-Service exam scores from the PGY1 and PGY2 years, personal statement, current ACGME Surgical Operative Log, and list of completed rotations. ECFMG-sponsored J1 visas will be accepted. Only complete applications will be considered. Training in non-ACGME accredited programs will not be accepted in lieu of ACGME training. Consolidation of all documents in a single email is preferred; however, candidates who have waived access to letters of recommendation may have those sent separately by the writers or current Program Coordinator.
