PGY-4 General Surgery Residency Position The Howard University Hospital General Surgery Program located in Washington, DC is currently recruiting for a Categorical General Surgery PGY-4 to begin on July 1, 2018. All qualified applicants must successfully complete their PGY-3 year in good standing by June 2018 from an ACGME-accredited surgery training program.
