Current CV Copy of ERAS Application Medical School diploma Medical School transcript MSPE (Dean’s letter) USMLE Transcript (a first time pass on both exams is required) Personal Statement 3 Letters of Recommendations ECFMG Certificate J1- Sponsorship only • If applying as a resident with previous experience (prelim, etc.), in the United States, resident must have competency-based milestone and summative evaluation from current or previous program director. o List of completed rotations o ACGME case log report o ABSITE Scores • Cannot accept a resident if in a current NRMP matched position.
